Dear Family, Friends, & Patrons,

After more than 15 years of service to our community, Doc’s Trattoria is announcing its final days of business. As you can imagine, we do so with mixed emotions. The restaurant has been the source of many memories. When we think back over the years, what we remember is the many celebrations that you have allowed us to cater. We have been there to share in your anniversary dinners, weddings, your birthday gatherings, and even some high school reunions. We are grateful for the support you have shown our restaurant over the years. Please know that you have nourished us while we were nourishing you.

The decision to close Doc’s was not easy, but our children were seeing less and less of us, and life passes so quickly. We felt we were missing too much quality time with them as well as our parents and extended family. The restaurant business is a 24/7 commitment, and in good conscience we could not keep up the daily demands of a thriving restaurant while offering our family the attention and time they deserve.

We hope you will come and make the most of our final days at Doc’s. We will be closing after dinner on December 16. Come by, share a glass of something, and join us in a bittersweet goodbye.
